Role purpose:

For delivering on these capabilities with key focus on HR Technology and Process, the HR Systems Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for assessing business needs and leveraging different functionalities of the different tools in TA landscape to derive the best solutions. Must be able to see the "big picture" yet detail oriented to perform configuration tasks (Analysis to Deploy).
Accountabilities
The HR Systems Talent Acquisition Lead role is responsible for partnering with Syngenta's global stakeholders to deliver the configurations associated with ATS, CRM, Integrations linked with Talent Acquisition Applications, Careers website and hosting Application.
Key Skills:
• Implementing, configuring and supporting recruitment processes in ATS
• Partner with and influence stakeholders from a process and technology perspective. Advise business on new features of the tool and global trends in Talent Acquisition.
• Lead the delivery of Functional/Technical Changes for all Talent Acquisitions tools like Smart Recruiter, Integrations, Investis, Beamery
• Lead the adoption of the new releases of the tools related with Talent Acquisition
• Ensure transition to BAU for all the changes being delivered
• Running and owning the Talent Acquisition Applications
• Proactively propose and implement solutions to improve processes and data integrity, enhancing the end-user's experience
• Build out support materials to enable quality incident management
• Assist as the SME for Talent Acquisition Domain whereby support team are unable to resolve incidents
Qualifications
Knowledge & Skills
• Intermediate level of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, vlookups, etc.
• Strong ATS Experience (5 Years + in any ATS Tool)
• Strong Analytical skills and a solid understanding of HR core business functions
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• A willingness to work in a fluid environment with high adaptability to change
• Desire to expand knowledge and expertise to learn new areas of Talent Acquisition
• Highly motivated self-starter, with the ability to meet stringent deadlines, to work independently and as part of a team.
• Provides guidance to end users regarding their requests when needed
• Analyze system functionality with customer and identify gaps to provide proactive resolutions
• Strong, professional communication skills, able to approach senior managers using appropriate level of detail, terminology, and style
• Strong planning and organizing, ability to see the big picture

Work Experience
• Minimum of 5 years' experience of ATS delivery, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
