Roles & Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement HR hiring strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
•Manage & contribute the sourcing, recruitment and selection process at all stages.
•Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
•Develop and monitor overall HR hiring strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the hiring process.
•Nurture a positive working environment.• One must come up with creative solutions for complex hiring strategies.Â
• Expected to do an individual contributor role even though the position is a Manager level.Â
Skills
•Proven working experience as a Recruitment Manager / Lead.• Must have knowledge & understanding of Tech stacks like Java,.net,Devops,Network,testing,ABAP,SAP etcÂÂ
•People-oriented and results-driven
•Demonstrable experience with Human Resources hiring strategies
•Knowledge of any HRMS.
•Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
•Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
•Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
