Front end support for handling all iCoach related concerns from emails, ITSMC tickets.
Using SQL to investigate issues and checking for solutions.
iCoach tool testing for new improvements and functionalities
Checking for iCoach bugs and following up with end users. Reporting the same to developers.
Handling iCoach support documents and regular updates related to the tool usage and assisting users.
