Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle
• Work closely with Department heads to understand their manpower requirements
• Plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy.
• Manage respective candidate pools.
• Screening the candidates through preliminary interviews.
• Conduct background checks.
• Conduct end to end boarding and induction formalities
• Understand and convey the company policies to the new joiners
• Execute the joining formalities including offer letters, appointment letters sitting arrangements, etc.
• Handle employee grievances and employee counselling
• Ideate, plan, and execute employee engagement activities
• Maintain HR MIS
• Conduct Exit formalities
