Major Role
Effective implementation of training process and its documentation in support of competency development of all types of employees in a manufacturing set-up. Assist in talent management processes
TARGETS
Meeting training & hiring targets
Effective completion of audits – customer, IS/TS certifying body etc.,
Accuracy in HRMS database
Required Skills
Functional
• Closely work with business and understand the skill/competency requirements of all the employees – shopfloor, staff, managerial employees
• Draw out TNI, training plans/calendars and its effective execution
• Training co-ordination, effectiveness evaluation and its documentation including skill matrix updating
• Knowledge on competencies and its development
• Knowledge in principles of LEAN and the application of the principles in the day today work life.
• Kknowledge of TS/IS 16+4+ quality systems, its requirements.
• Knowledge of LMS, LinkedIN learning, MDP etc.,
• Champion and implement D&I initiatives. Also co-ordinate and assist talent management initiatives
• Co-ordinate and recruit all the new and replacement positions incl. flexi manpower closely working with institutions, agencies etc, track their employee life cycle and ensure timely communication on the term closure, confirmation etc.,
• All time preparation for customer/IATF audits.
• Accuracy in Records management and employee database management

Required Experience
Essential
• Post Graduation in HR with 3-5 years' of experience.
• Experience in Automotive Manufacturing Industry would be an added advantage
• Knowledge of shop floor competency management

• Computer knowledge with SAP

• Change Management and a go getter
