Principal Responsibilities:
• Primary responsibility will include managing internal & external Stakeholder experience, Candidate experience and undertake Market Mapping initiatives
• Driving and ensuring fulfillment within SLA
• Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
• Lead employment branding initiatives
• Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
• Contribute towards system and process improvements
• Develop a recruitment strategy for filling each position, including the effective and efficient use of social media to attract and obtain talent leads.
• Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs for the function
Secondary Accountabilities
• Knowledge of Human Resources Principals and practices; exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Customer focus is critical; must be able to build effective relationship within and across the organization
• Strong experience working with applicant tracking system
• Effective time management, analytical, organizational and follow up skills. Ability and willingness to handle multiple priorities
• Tracking infant attrition.
