Scope of Work :
The recruiter is involved in managing all the basic functions of the recruitment. Major responsibilities include creating and publishing job ads, interviewing candidates, and seeking out new candidate sources.
A successful recruiter will be flexible and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and active listening skills. Ideal candidates should be able to foster lasting, professional relationships, and have a working knowledge of talent acquisition software.
Ultimately, you will have to maintain and improve our employer brand, ensuring that we attract, hire and retain people who contribute to our company's growth.
We'll trust you to:
• Schedule and execute recruitment and selection of employees by updating job specifications and job information for all positions.
• Involved in the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Create and execute human resources plans and techniques.
• Executing new employee orientation and training programs.
• Manage training and development needs of employees.
• Maintain the human resource information system and employee database.
• Maintain knowledge of legal specifications and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions.
You'll need to have:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in human resources management, business administration, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of the principles and practices of HR management.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
• Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management.
• Excellent logical and analytical skills.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Strong time management skills.
Good to have:
• 2-3 years of recruiting experience is preferred
• Highly professional and a good team player
• Highly committed to his/her work with some strong interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently.
