You will act as a recruitment expert for various functional areas by understanding hiring needs, position specifications and search requirements and proactively investigate new ideas to create cost-effective sourcing techniques to attract applicants.
Initus is looking for a recruiter to join our growing team in India and America to support hiring opportunities. This role will be someone who can run a full desk and supporting our clients independently. Strong organizational and communication skills are needed.
Strategize & Research: You own the strategy and develop a recruiting plan that will expand our talent pools and ensure a diverse range of candidates
Partner:
You'll work with executive and regional leaders to understand hiring needs. You'll partner with Global HR Business Partners to help develop best practices and procedures to acquire and retain top talent and determine new & creative ways of introducing our client company to potentially active and passive candidates through various databases, Social media sites and our recruitment external partners.
Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process. Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers for senior-level opening .
Participating in client update meetings on active searches and preparing reports
Evaluate:
You will own the full-cycle recruitment activities from kick-off call to closing candidates. You will lead all aspects of recruitment funnel from profiles pre-screening, interviewing/Scheduling, follow-up and negotiations. You'll ensure all required documentation is completed for all candidates throughout the recruitment process while maintaining and tracking candidate status in ATS.
What You Bring To The Role
Bachelor's degree in related field; or equivalent work experience
1-10 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in Networking, Security, Cloud/Datacenter/SaaS/technology domain company recruitment
Strong sense of curiosity and inquisitive nature - able to look beyond the surface and deliver innovative solutions
