Role & Responsibilities
• Provide individual and group career counselling for IB Diploma and IGCSE students—advise on subject selection, career pathways, and university fit.
• Administer, score, and interpret psychometric and aptitude assessments and translate findings into actionable, student-centred plans.
• Manage end-to-end university application support: timeline planning, school references, statement reviews, scholarship guidance, and application-platform coordination.
• Design and deliver a structured career curriculum, workshops, alumni engagement initiatives, internship placements, and employer interactions.
• Build and maintain relationships with domestic and international university representatives, coordinate campus visits and admission webinars.
• Track student outcomes, maintain confidential records, report placement metrics, and advise leadership on continuous improvement of the counselling program.
