Provide individual and group counselling for students’ emotional, behavioral, and academic needs.
Conduct workshops on mental health, stress management, and career guidance.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student well-being.
Maintain confidential records and refer students with special needs to external resources.
Qualifications
M.A/M.Sc. in Psychology or B.A./B.Sc./B.Com with Diploma in School Counselling.
0–2 years of experience (freshers welcome).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
