Our Client is seeking a 1:1 School Nurse (LPN) to provide services in the Atlanta area for the 2024/25 School Year.
HOURS
• Monday-Friday during school hours
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
• One on One Nurse assigned to a medically fragile child during school hours, including transportation to and from school
• Care for medical needs of child throughout the day
• Monitor any changes in student's status
• Complete thorough nursing notes
• Transporation of student to and from residence via School Van
CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
• Active GA LPN or RN license
• Minimum of one (1) year LPN experience
• CPR certification
• Current TB Test
• Pediatric experience
• At least 1 year experience with Trach's and vents
