Position Available: Principal (I to XII Standard, Residential) Location: Hojai, Assam Job Type: Full-time Description: Ajmal Foundation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Principal to lead our residential school, serving students from I to XII standard. Our institution is committed to providing top-tier education and comprehensive development to our students. The Principal will be responsible for overseeing the academic and administrative functions of the school, ensuring a conducive learning environment, and maintaining the highest standards of education and discipline. Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership and vision to the school, ensuring the fulfillment of educational goals and objectives. Oversee the implementation of the curriculum and ensure adherence to educational standards. Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes academic excellence, discipline, and student well-being. Supervise and mentor teaching and administrative staff, providing guidance and professional development opportunities. Ensure the effective management of school resources, including budgeting and financial planning. Develop and maintain relationships with parents, guardians, and the community to support student development and school initiatives. Implement and monitor school policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance with educational standards. Address and resolve any issues related to student performance, staff conduct, and school operations. Promote extracurricular activities and programs that enhance the overall development of students. Ensure the safety and well-being of all students and staff within the residential school environment. Requirements: Educational Qualification: MA / M.Sc. / M.Tech. with B.Ed. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a principal in an institute of national repute (Experience in a school with a residential integrated program will be an added advantage). Proven track record of successful school administration and leadership. Strong understanding of educational policies, standards, and best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to inspire and motivate staff and students to achieve their full potential. Proficient in managing school resources and financial planning. Commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. Remuneration: Up to 30 lakhs per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
