SCHOOL PRINCIPAL
• AGE: Above 35
• Qualification: Ph.D., Master, B.ed
• Responsibilities
Ø Oversee day-to-day school operations
Ø Manage school logistics and budgets
Ø Set learning goals for students and teachers based on national curricula
Ø Monitor and report on teacher performance
Ø Present data from school performance to board members
Ø Research new resources and techniques to improve teaching
Ø Interview and hire school personnel
Ø Review and implement school policies
Ø Provide guidance and counseling to teachers
Ø Handle emergencies and school crises
Ø Organize school events and assemblies
Ø Ensure a safe and clean environment for students (e.g. implementing hygiene rules)
Ø Attend conferences to gain knowledge on current educational trends
• Salary: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
• Experience:
