Role Description
The Principal is responsible for the eective running of the school, leading the Christian culture and Christ-centered mission of the school. The Principal provides strategic and operational leadership of the Boarding School, in addition to the educational leadership and the overall management of all school sta. By contributing to the establishment and maintenance of a supportive school environment and learning culture, the Principal is facilitating the leadership, development and implementation of the School Improvement Plan. They are responsible for the establishment and management of personnel, nance, technology, assets, facilities and resources of the boarding school to ensure their optimum use through continuous development. The Principal plays a central role in promoting and representing the school to the broader community, working with parents, community and business. Furthermore, the Principal has a duty of care to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all sta and students within their responsibility and care.
Required Skills
ICSE Principal experience
Highly Familiar with and worked in an IGCSE School, preferably as a IGCSE coordinator.
Leadership Experience in Academics
Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills
Technology Skills such as Google Suite, MS Oce
Experience in dierent Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Experience creating Curriculum Framework Pay:Competitive Salary with Bonus structure based on enrolments.

Ability to commute/relocate
Total work experience: 10 years (Required), Internationalexperience preferable
