Join Our Team as a School Principal at Dunes Academy
Company Description: Welcome to Dunes Academy, a progressive co-educational institution located in Tehsil Aau of District Phalodi in Rajasthan. We offer English-medium education with partial hostel facilities and cater to students from Nursery Class up to 11th grade (with plans to expand to 12th Grade). Our vision is to develop well-rounded individuals with strong character who can positively contribute to society. We are currently in the process of seeking affiliation with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) to ensure the highest quality education for our students.
Role Description: This is a full-time role for a School Principal at Dunes Academy. The School Principal will be responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the school, including curriculum development, educational leadership, communication, and middle school administration. As a School Principal, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing environment for students, fostering their interests and passions, while also developing their critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. This is an on-site role located in Phalodi.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the school
• Lead curriculum development and ensure adherence to educational standards
• Provide strong educational leadership to staff and students
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and conducive learning environment
• Develop and implement policies and procedures
• Monitor and evaluate teaching effectiveness and student performance
• Promote and facilitate effective communication between staff, students, and parents
• Manage middle school administration and coordinate with other educational institutions
• Ensure compliance with CBSE guidelines and work towards achieving affiliation
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Education or related field
• minimum of 3-5 years of experience in educational administration
• proven track record of effective school leadership
• Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum and educational standards
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive school culture
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Hindi are advantages.
Salary and Benefits:
• Maximum salary of ₹50,000 per month
• Accommodation and meals provided by the school
