Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. A temporary Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available to support students in an elementary school setting in Seattle, WA. This leave position offers flexibility with options to work either one day or four days per week, serving preschool through elementary-age students. Location: Seattle, Washington Position Type: Leave Contract (Temporary) Schedule: 1 day per week (serving * preschool students) OR 4 days per week (serving approximately 36 preschool to elementary-age students) Start Date: ASAP End Date: March 27, 2026 Work Environment: In-person Qualifications and Requirements: Valid Washington State SLP License Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred Experience working with preschool and elementary-aged students in school settings Strong communication and collaboration skills for working closely with educators and families Responsibilities: Provide speech and language therapy to students in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress Collaborate with school staff and families to support student communication goals Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and district policies This role is ideal for an SLP licensed in Washington who enjoys making a meaningful difference in young students lives through targeted therapy.
