• Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with BEd./DEd./MEd. or relevant teacher training
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of full-time formal teaching experience
2. Resource Person – Education
• Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in the education domain
3. Resource Person – Health
• Qualification: Master’s degree
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in the public health domain
4. Resource Person – Livelihoods
• Qualification: Master’s degree
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of grassroots experience in livelihoods domain
