Job Description
We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and technologically proficient Math and Science Teacher to join our academic team at Kalorex Future Tech Lab. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to students from Grades 6 to 10 (CBSE curriculum) using our advanced EdTech platform. The role involves conducting both morning and evening batches while ensuring an engaging and interactive learning experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and effective Math and Science lessons for students in Grades 6–10 within the KFTL AR & VR Lab environment.
• Manage and conduct classes during school hours as well as regular course batches scheduled in the morning and evening.
• Ensure timely completion of daily teaching responsibilities. (Early departure may be permitted on days without scheduled evening batches, subject to completion of assigned tasks.)
• Monitor and maintain records of student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic development.
• Collaborate with fellow educators and actively participate in academic planning, training sessions, and review meetings.
• Travel within Gujarat, as required, to support teaching assignments and institutional requirements.
Candidate Requirements
• Educational Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Ed / M.Ed (with specialization in Mathematics and/or Science)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of teaching experience preferred. Freshers with strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Proficiency in Gujarati will be considered an added advantage.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to adapt to educational software and digital teaching tools.
• Preference: Candidates capable of teaching both Mathematics and Science at the secondary (CBSE) level will be given preference.
Work Schedule
• Days: Monday to Saturday
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
