Role Overview
We are looking for an Energetic and Vibrant Science/Maths Teacher to join our team and teach students from Classes 4 to 10 (CBSE and ICSE). The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of concepts, exceptional communication skills, and a zeal for creating a lively and engaging classroom atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
1. Teaching and Classroom Engagement
• Deliver 4–6 hours of daily classes (primarily 4 hours).
• Teach science/maths concepts in a way that is interactive, exciting, and engaging for students.
• Use experiential learning techniques, such as experiments, models, and real-life examples, to enhance understanding.
2. Content Creation and Management
• Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations (PPTs) for each chapter of science/maths for Classes 4–10 (CBSE & ICSE).
• Develop assignments, homework, and exam questions for all chapters.
• Ensure all content aligns with the syllabus and is engaging for students.
3. Student Support and Evaluation
• Provide one-on-one doubt-solving sessions to help students grasp difficult concepts.
• Assign, collect, and evaluate homework regularly.
• Create and check exam question papers and grade student responses.
• Continuously monitor student progress and share detailed feedback.
4. Collaboration and Quality Assurance
• Collaborate with the team to ensure all study materials and teaching tools meet quality standards.
• Regularly review and improve existing PPTs, assignments, and exams.
• Attend regular team meetings and share innovative teaching ideas.
RequirementsEducational Background
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science/maths or a related field.
Experience
• Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in science/maths (CBSE and ICSE syllabus preferred).
• Proven track record of creating engaging lesson plans and content.
Skills
• Strong Conceptual Knowledge: A deep understanding of concepts for Classes 4–10.
• Energetic and Vibrant Personality: Ability to excite and motivate students in the classroom.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in English; clear and engaging speaking style.
• Content Creation Skills: Proficient in preparing PPTs, assignments, and exam materials.
