Description Mission Statement: Lead a functional work team focused on the complete, accurate, and timely completion of SCM transactions. Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and procedures. Your Responsibilities: • Transaction processing: Monitors accurate processing of SCM transactions. Oversees organization and work allocation for individuals involved in processing. • Analysis: Oversees analysis of SCM transactions and highlights discrepancies/anomalies for correction. • Optimization Identifies, recommends and assists in implementation of best practices to gain efficiency and drive productivity gains. • Internal controls: Along with the SCM Delivery Manager leads internal control over transactions. • Coaching and mentoring: Provide regular coaching and training to the team. Your background: • Role exposure - More than 8 years of experience in SCM and leadership role. • Prior experience of working in SCM operations (PR-to- PO, tactical sourcing & procurement) Should have hands-on experience of SAP SCM Module. • Must have experience of team handling Advanced MS Office (Excel & ppt.) knowledge would be preferred. • Exposure to data mining tools, would be an added advantage. • With a focus on operational execution; short/medium-term operational/tactical responsibilities. Often the first manager level with full responsibility for human resource planning, selection, development and performance management. Management involves utilizing individual subject matter expertise
