About this opportunity:
As a Sourcing Category Manager at Ericsson, your vital role will be to implement and drive Category Strategy, ensuring our supplier base aptly meets both our present and future needs. Your success in this strategic role will facilitate a sustainable and secure supplier and partner risk, cost and demand management, while ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance are met.
What you will do:
• Drive and manage the Category Structure including content and operating model.
• Develop and implement the Category Strategy through internal and external analysis, deep dives, and quarterly business reviews.
• Initiate Preferred Supplier List (PSL) reviews, classify suppliers and remap supplier categories.
• Adhere to all compliance and responsible sourcing practices.
• Lead and inspire others by sharing knowledge and category strategies with BA and the broader Ericsson community.
• Nurture team growth and development through inclusive leadership.
