We’re a team of 50+ staff and a network of 200+ alumni with 17+ years of experience delivering SAP solutions.
What you’ll do
The Scrum Master is responsible for guiding the team through Agile ceremonies while fostering a collaborative environment that empowers the team to self-organize and continuously improve. This role will work closely with the Product Owner to ensure the backlog is well-groomed and aligned with business goals and proactively remove impediments that could hinder the team’s progress.
What you'll need
Mandatory Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
Required Experience
10 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, frameworks, and practices
Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership
Knowledge of software development processes, tools, and best practices
Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms (a plus).
