Location: Pune (WFO)
Total Experience : 7-12 years
Designation : Scrum Master
Contract Period : Permanent
Notice Period : Immediate Joiners /15 Days
Mandatory Skills : Candidate should have minimum 6 months experience in either Insurance Domain or in managing Datawarehouse project
Should be a Certified scrum Master
Expertise in Agile delivery
Customer communication - experience in handling escalation
Must have worked on Project Management Tools like Jira Confluence / PMP tools / ITSM tools
Ability to communicate with correct stake holder
Ability to identify the Risk and come up with the mitigation plan
good to Have - high level understanding of SF & AWS services
should have delivered projects on
Good to have project delivery experience with AWS or Snowflake
Ability to understand the correct stake holder
Strong Agile process understanding. With experience to track projects on JIRA
Ability to handle crisis situation by reaching out to the correct stake holder in correct time
Able to identify problems and blocker in a project
Able to organize effective team meeting with time bound and efficient approach
Able to communicate with the team regarding appreciation, issues and escalation
Good to have expertise on any of the leading cloud solution
Ability to define and follow process
Should be able to put forward the ideas to the leaders and should be able to convince the leaders
