Client Facing Platforms Technology provides technology solutions for the Bank's Digital, Online, Mobile, Contact Center and Voice, Payments and Commerce, Banking Center, and Architecture Technology, in support of Consumer and Global Wealth client-facing channels.
Job Description.
This role involves highly skilled individual Scrum Master to engage in the biggest change programs in Bank of America Financial Center Technology group.
The Scrum Master will be part of a team enabling a total transformation of Technology and the way the business operates at the bank.
They will be working in a line of business enabling and coaching large through their adoption Agile and Lean thinking and practices.
Responsibilities.
. The Scrum Master will be working to help teams excel and learn. They will work with teams at varying levels of maturity adopt world class engineering practices, along with the tools that will be provided by the wider program as a service. they will work with and help technology and business leadership through their journey of change and adoption.
. The Scrum Master will work with delivery and change teams to build a shared understanding of a suitable approach to running agile programs, from product management through to planning and tracking. They will help make the direction and processes of programs visible and transparent.
Requirements.
Education.
B.E. / B Tech / M.E. /M Tech /M.C.A/M. Sc
Certifications If Any
Experience Range.
6 to + Years
Foundational skills.
. Proficient in JIRA agile story management tool.
. Familiarity or training in Scaled Agile Framework and Program Increment Planning.
. Worked in environments with external team dependencies & collaborated with project managers to align deliverables.
. Agile certifications like CSM, SAFE is good to have.
Desired skills
. Good communication skills & inter-personal skills
. Good analytical skills and problem solving ability
Work Timings.
11.30 AM to 8.30 PM IST (Need to flexible as per business need)
