The Role
Software Development Engineer — L2/L3 | Noida (Hybrid) | 5–8 Years Experience
We're looking for engineers who live and breathe DSA and system design — people who find a hard Leet Code problem genuinely exciting, and who take pride in building backend systems that are fast, clean, and built to last.
You'll own real components, influence architecture, and work on distributed systems powering a live blockchain network.
What You'll Do
Design and develop scalable, high-performance backend systems
Solve complex problems using optimal data structures and algorithms
Own components end-to-end — from architecture through production
Drive technical design discussions and contribute to code reviews
Optimize the distributed architecture of the Kwala network
Collaborate across teams working on blockchain, protocols, and ecosystem tools
What We're Looking For
5–8 years of backend development experience
Strong CS fundamentals — DSA (Leet Code Medium/Hard), system design, concurrency
Language-agnostic coding ability; experience with Java, Golang, or similar
Deep understanding of OOP and functional programming paradigms
Experience with distributed systems and scalable architectures
Familiarity with cloud services and modern backend frameworks
Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or equivalent
