Key Responsibilities: Lead SEO Strategy: Develop and implement effective SEO strategies focused on On-Page and Technical SEO to enhance client visibility and performance. Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of SEO executives, ensuring their professional growth and the successful execution of daily SEO tasks. On-Page SEO: Oversee tasks like keyword research, meta tags optimization, content enhancement, and website structure improvements for better user experience. Technical SEO: Conduct site audits, address crawl errors, optimize site speed, implement schema markup, and resolve technical issues affecting SEO performance. SEO Performance Tracking: Use tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Google Search Console to analyze and report on SEO campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Collaboration: Work closely with the content, development, and marketing teams to ensure that SEO best practices are integrated throughout the client’s digital strategy. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and search engine algorithm changes, applying this knowledge to keep strategies effective and results-driven.
