Our firm is searching for highly-skilled personnel to join our team as SEO Executive in Delhi/Kolkata. We are seeking a skilled and experienced SEO Executive to join our digital marketing team. As an SEO Executive, you will play a key role in implementing and managing effective SEO strategies to improve our client's search engine rankings and visibility.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings for our client's websites.
• The candidate will be responsible for boosting organic website traffic for our clients and ensuring the achievement of the goals.
• Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, images, and on-page elements, to improve search engine visibility and user experience.
• Performing ongoing keyword research, including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities.
• Conduct on-page, off-page, and technical SEO audits to identify and resolve website issues, such as crawl errors, broken links, duplicate content, site speed, etc.
• Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using SEO tools and platforms like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and third-party SEO software.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO to ensure the effective implementation of optimization techniques.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify SEO opportunities and develop strategies to outrank competitors.
• The candidate will also be responsible for the lead generation.
• Develop and implement outreach and link-building strategy.
• Utilize user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization techniques to enhance user engagement, increase website interactivity, and optimize overall website performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, web developers, and designers, to implement SEO recommendations and drive impactful results.
• Generate monthly reports on marketing campaign performance.
Basic Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, or a related field.
• Proven 2-4 years of experience in SEO.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
• Proficient in SEO tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Keyword Planner, Ahref, SEMrush, Yoast SEO, or similar tools.
• Solid knowledge of keyword research and analysis, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link-building strategies.
• Excellent analytical mindset and ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Experience with WordPress or other popular CMS platforms.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience in Email Marketing campaigns and lead generation
• Experience working on Google Tag Manager & Google Data Studio
• In-depth technical understanding of web and mobile SEO challenges and solutions.
• Experience with different social media platforms
• A track record of delivering successful SEO campaigns and achieving improved search rankings and organic traffic.
