Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SEO manager who will be responsible for developing and executing search engine optimization (SEO) strategies for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of SEO tolls and techniques. The SEO manager will manage multiple clients, collaborate with various departments, and ensure that performance parameters are met for each client.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute successful SEO strategies. Conduct performance analysis and leverage data to continually refine strategy.
• Work directly with your clients in planning and implementing search engine optimization strategies that drive and results to clients.
• Responsible for ensuring SEO is a key lever for traffic growth and business objectives by measuring effectiveness through demand conversion and sales
• Lead planning, execution, and analysis of SEO programs and campaigns
• Execute on day-to-day search initiatives, including news and trends research, keyword research, content gap analysis, optimization of existing content, and competitor analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement SEO best practices, execute day-to-day tactical website updates, and drive growth by following the SEO roadmap
• Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages
• Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
• Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
• Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building)
• Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects
• Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of proven and successful track record in an SEO role in an agency, fast-paced business, or enterprise.
• Expert in on-page, off-page and technical SEO techniques.
• Thorough understanding of SEO techniques, tools, and digital channels, with a proactive approach to staying updated with the latest innovations.
• Analytical mindset with numerical solid aptitude.
• Advanced knowledge of analytical and SEO software such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush and other common web analytics platforms
