Job Title: In-House SEO Expert

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to drive organic growth and improve search engine rankings.
• Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for content development and optimization.
• Optimize website content for search engines and user experience.
• Develop and implement effective backlinking strategies to improve domain authority.
• Monitor and analyze website traffic and search engine rankings.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure all website content is optimized for SEO.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO.
• Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, bloggers, and other websites to build backlinks.
• Conduct regular audits to identify technical SEO issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team on the performance of SEO strategies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO, with a focus on organic growth and backlinking.
• Proven track record of success in improving search engine rankings and domain authority.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript a plus.
• Knowledge of PPC advertising and social media marketing a plus.
• Understanding of all search engines and functions as well as marketing
