About the role:
We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead our Search Engine Optimization strategy. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO strategies and trends, as well as experience with various SEO and analytics tools, including Semrush, Ahrefs, GA4, and Google Tag Manager. The ideal candidate is expected to have a track record of creating and implementing successful SEO campaigns that have significantly improved website performance.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to improve our company’s and clients’ website's organic traffic and ranking in major search engines.
• Lead keyword research and optimization of content.
• Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and lead-generation campaigns.
• Coordinate with content and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.
• Monitor and analyze key metrics such as site traffic, user engagement, and SEO effectiveness.
• Direct off-page optimization projects.
• Collect and analyze data and report on traffic, rankings, and other SEO aspects.
• Use advanced SEO and analytics tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
• Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience as SEO Manager or similar role (5+ years).
• Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices and techniques.
• Experience with SEO reporting and analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, Semrush, and Ahrefs.
• Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Google Tag Manager) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Search Console).
• Experience with social media and digital marketing.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
