Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve rankings, and drive conversions.
• Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities and ensure optimization of content.
• Perform on-page and off-page SEO audits and make recommendations for improvement.
• Optimize website content, meta descriptions, headings, and other on-page elements to enhance search visibility.
• Build and execute a strong backlink strategy to improve domain authority and search rankings.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and others.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
• Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and other team members to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of the website and content development.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving SEO performance across all digital platforms.
• Manage and mentor junior SEO team members if applicable.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in SEO, with a strong portfolio of successful SEO campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
