Job Description
Role
An SEO specialist utilizes various marketing practices to increase an organization's appearance in search engine results, such as Google and Bing. While increasing web traffic is the primary focus, SEO specialists also develop ways to engage customers and focus on conversion rates. The primary job responsibility is monitoring and analyzing website data and improve the website ranking.
Key Responsibilities:
Search Engine Optimization:
Create and implement SEO strategy (on-page and off-page) based on in-depth research of competition and industry trends to stay on top of search engine
Perform keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization and experience with CMS to manage On Page Keywords is preferred. Troubleshoot SEO problems and propose resolution
Perform ongoing technical SEO audits, backlink analysis, content analysis, and report overall SEO health of our web properties.
Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance (website ranking, leads and conversions volume)
Continually monitoring organic search rankings and report overall SEO health on a weekly basis.
Work with marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
Social Media Marketing:
Plan and coordinate Social Calendar (Creatives, Post Copies)
Design and drive Paid Marketing Campaigns to deliver Quality leads for Sales Team
Plan and execute geographical boosting for Brand Awareness, engagement, and reach
Implement 360 Degree Digital marketing plan including all the suitable platforms, being Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest
Tracking output performance metrics (Monthly enquiries, visitors, etc.)
Manage reports and data analysis
What we are looking for:
Knowledge & Skill :
1. Minimum 6 Months of SEO experience with a proven track record of improving organic rankings - SEO Onsite/ Offsite optimization
2. Experience of growing and running digital channels - SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing etc.
3. Good technical understanding of website usability, server logs, structured data, XML sitemaps, website performance, and indexation issues
4. Proficient in crawl management including log file analysis, Screaming Frog, Custom crawlers
5. In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Webmaster, SEMrush, Google Search console etc.)
6. Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
Experience & Qualification:
Preferred Master’s Degree in Marketing
