Hourly rate ranges from $16.75 - $17.25 per hour, based on your qualifications and experience. Additionally, we offer unique benefits including:
• Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs
• End of Season Premium Pay Program

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in:
• Assisting with staffing and setup of the seasonal store.
• Merchandising and managing inventory effectively.
• Ensuring excellent guest services and developing team members.
• Controlling expenses and shrinkage to maximize profitability.
The ideal candidate will be 18 years or older with a flexible schedule, and must meet the physical demands of the job, including:
• 8+ hours of standing and walking
• Climbing ladders
• Setting up fixtures
• Lifting/moving up to 50 pounds
