Perform various activities including answering phones, filing, organizing resumes and job applications, preparing presentation materials for training activities, conducting basic compensation research, or answering routine questions on human resources policies and procedures

Work under close to moderate supervision with limited latitude for independent judgment
Consult with senior peers on non-complex projects to learn through experience
