We are seeking a Part Time Seasonal Locker Room and Laundry Attendant to join our Housekeeping Team. As a Locker Room and Laundry Attendant, you will provide a clean and healthy environment for members and guests and aim to achieve a high standard of professional cleaning at all times.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a safe, clean and maintained facility for all members and guests through various tasks such as mopping, vacuuming and laundry room tasks
Upkeep of assigned areas and reporting any maintenance requirements to supervisor
Assist members and employees with locker room needs in a courteous and professional manner, and escalate concerns to the supervisor when needed
Actively collaborate and communicate with membership and housekeeping colleagues to ensure service requirements are met
Complete tasks that meet Glencoe Health and Safety standards and the Alberta Occupational Health and Safety regulations
Qualifications:
1-2 years of housekeeping or commercial laundry experience
A diplomatic, outgoing personality with an ability to foster relationships with members and employees
Comfortable with the physical requirements of the job including standing for an extended period of time, walking, lifting, grasping and performing repetitive motions
Adaptability and flexibility to learn and apply skills through on-the job training
Ability to effectively follow verbal and written instructions in English

Additional Details:
This is a Seasonal Part Time position that reports to the Housekeeping Director. The successful applicant must be available to work starting April 13th, 2026 until September 18th, 2026 for a variety of shifts including morning, daytime, evening and weekend shifts. Shifts may vary and are typically scheduled from 6:00am to 2:30pm or from 2:00pm to 10:30pm.
The successful applicant will be required to complete a background check as well as Respect in the Workplace online certifications prior to commencing employment.
