Key Responsibilities:
• Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, engaging, and well-organized learning environment for young children.
• Teaching Methods: Employ diverse instructional activities, including hands-on experiences, games, technology integration, and real-world applications. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters a love of mathematics in all students.
• Lesson Planning: Develop and deliver play-based and developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with the early childhood curriculum.
• Child Development: Monitor, assess, and support the social, emotional, and cognitive growth of each child, tailoring approaches to individual needs.
• Communication: Maintain open communication with parents through regular updates, progress reports, and parent-teacher meetings.
• Activity Organization: Organize and conduct creative activities such as arts and crafts, storytelling, music, and outdoor play to enhance children's learning and creativity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Masters Degree: Master's degree in Education or a related field, and a B.Ed is mandatory.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pedagogical Skills: Passion for teaching Mathematics and nurturing young learners.
• Creativity: Ability to foster a creative and stimulating environment.
• Experience: At least two years of prior experience in secondary education is preferred.
• Diversity and Inclusion: Only female candidates with an age below 45 years are eligible for this position.
