Job Description
Catherine McAuley Westmead is seeking a Secondary Religious teacher to join their collaborative team on a Permanent Full-Time basis, commencing in Term 1 2026. The teacher can have any subject as a major; this position will be heavily supported by other teachers at the school. This opportunity is open to educators who are passionate about contributing to a dynamic and supportive educational environment.

The ability to work collaboratively in a team in developing engaging teaching and learning pedagogies in programs and assessment.

Strong communication, organisational and time management skills to meet the needs of all learners.
Desire to be part of an innovative and creative contemporary teaching and learning Religion KLA team.
Be committed to the Catholic ethos, faith formation and transformation learning goals of the school
Qualification & Experience:
Tertiary Qualification in Education (or fourth year student)
NESA Accreditation (Conditional Accreditation also accepted)
Statements of Service
Working with Children Check clearance (essential)
Exceptional communication skills
