Hume Anglican Grammar is a multi-campus co-educational Anglican Diocesan School offering education from Prep to Year 12 in the Northern growth corridor of Melbourne.??

Hume has an open enrolment policy so educates children from many faiths and with a diverse range of backgrounds and abilities.?

In 2025, the School will have 2,+60 students and employ some 2+0 staff - 1+5 teaching and +5 non-teaching. The student enrolment at each campus is at Mt Ridley 1,448, Donnybrook 1,036 and Kalkallo 476.?
Ultimately at capacity, Hume will have 3,640 students (Mt Ridley 1,456, Donnybrook 1,5+6 and Kalkallo 588) with a corresponding cohort of teaching and general staff totalling 350 across its three campuses with plans for further expansion.?
As one of Victoria’s fastest growing schools, it is expected to be one of the largest non-government schools in the state, with plans for further expansion

About the role:

We are seeking passionate, committed educator to join our wonderful team, in a supportive and professional environment at our Freier campus. This role will be part time (0.7 FTE), fixed term and will commence as soon as possible and will conclude on Friday, 12 December 2025 with a possibility for extension across our campuses.

All teachers share a significant responsibility in preparing young people to lead successful and productive lives. The quality of the teacher is the single-most important in-school factor influencing student achievement. Teachers can be a source of inspiration and, equally importantly, provide a dependable and consistent influence on young people as they grow and flourish, and ultimately make choices about their future. All Teachers are expected to actively engage in the co-curricular and pastoral care program

Requirements of the Role:

Bachelor of Education degree or higher
Current registration, or immediate eligibility for registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching
