Roles & Responsibilities:
· Assist CEO in day to day activities.
· Reporting to management and performing secretarial duties.
· Processing, typing, editing, and formatting reports and documents.
· Take minutes of meetings
· Co-ordinate with various departments of the company
· Filing documents, as well as entering data and maintaining databases.
· Coordinate internal and external communications via emails and messaging.
· Arranging and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
· Assisting with copying, scanning, emailing, note-taking, and travel bookings.
· Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
· Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and planning skills
· Proficiency in MS Office • Answer and direct phone calls
· Maintain contact lists
· Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
· Develop and maintain a filing system
· Provide general support to visitors
