As Security Manager at our hotel industry clients in Bengaluru you will oversee all safety & security risks faced by the hotel including fire life safety and food hygiene.
Your responsibilities include managing all department heads to ensure adherence to established security procedures tracking departmental safety records documenting medically treated and non-treated injuries overseeing first aid programs general liability worker&'s compensation cases assigning duties scheduling staff monitoring activity coaching subordinate performance watching for suspicious persons entering exiting or loitering around public areas.
