▪ Associates Degree or minimum 2+ years experience in a security, law enforcement or military discipline ▪ General knowledge of security systems including alarm monitoring, electronic access control, and CCTV ▪ Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information; excellent judgement, discretion and diplomacy
▪ Must be a dependable team player with business maturity and enthusiasm with the ability to deliver high level of customer service
▪ Capacity to work independently without direct supervision and multitask
▪ Have flexibility to work any shifts on any day of the week (Mon-Sun) including holidays and willingness to assist the team with overtime if needed

Responsibilities
About the role: In this position, the Secured Space Operator will serve as the communication hub for incidents that require an Emergency Services Unit (ESU) response
The Secured Space Operator will monitor internal communications platforms including but not limited to radio and chatroom platforms to maintain situational awareness of security-related incidents
The primary focus will be to gather, record, and disseminate information to all security personnel and stakeholders in a timely manner to ensure a quick response
This position is part of a 24/7, 365-day operation, which requires flexibility to work all shifts and assist the team with overtime when needed
Monitoring CCTV, investigating alarms, and respond by sending patrol or alerting Emergency Services as needed
Utilizing communication channels (email, phone, radio) to communicate with various teams, including sharing relevant information from one chatroom to another
Maintaining the status and location of Emergency Services members
Documenting all information and sharing with appropriate stakeholders
Administrative responsibilities such as cutting necessary internal tracking tickets, e.g

• Documenting all information and sharing with appropriate stakeholders.
