Job Requisition ID: 41146

Be part of market-leading projects with global scale and complexity
Reimbursements for professional development and subsidised qualifications
Enjoy 18 weeks paid parental leave plus 12 months of return-to-work support (work 4, get paid 5)
What will your typical day look like?

You’ll lead the design of security architecture across complex enterprise environments. The work spans both on-premises Wintel estates and Azure Cloud, with a strong focus on building controls that are practical, scalable, and secure by design.

At this level, your impact goes beyond technical design. You'll help shape migration strategies, governance decisions, and security capability uplift programs that strengthen resilience for large organisations, including environments where security, compliance, and trust are critical.

Working closely with client stakeholders, delivery teams, and broader cyber specialists, you'll bring structure to ambiguity and confidence to complex decisions. This is the kind of role where deep technical credibility, calm leadership, and sharp judgement all matter - and where no two engagements will look quite the same.

About the team

Our team helps organisations build trust into the way they operate, transform, and grow. You'll be part of a team working across cyber security, privacy, identity, digital risk, and resilience, helping clients protect critical systems and make confident decisions in increasingly complex technology environments.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.

You may have all or some of the following skills/experiences:
Proven experience leading enterprise security architecture or capability areas, with deep expertise in either Wintel or Azure Cloud environments
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows hardening
Experience designing Azure security controls such as tenancy strategy, RBAC, Azure Policy, Blueprints, and Key Vault/HSM
Strong capability across identity and PAM, including Entra ID, AD Connect, federation, Conditional Access, and PIM/JIT
Hands-on experience with cloud security services such as Defender for Cloud, Sentinel, and SIEM use case development
Confidence working across networking, hybrid connectivity, infrastructure as code (IaC) governance, and secure deployment pipelines
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and team leadership skills, with a track record delivering secure-by-design architecture and governance at scale
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or Microsoft Azure Security/Architect credentials, plus Australian Government experience, would be valuable
