Manage and care for assigned Corrective Services dogs, ensuring their well-being and readiness for duty.
Train dogs in obedience, agility, detection, and security operations to meet operational requirements.
Conduct offender escorts and searches in collaboration with security teams.
Provide security support and emergency response, utilizing canine assistance where necessary.
Detect illicit drugs, firearms, explosives, and other prohibited items using trained security dogs.
Conduct access control and screening of people, areas, and goods.
Assist in crowd control operations, ensuring public safety in high-traffic environments.
