Urgently Required Field Officer / Area officer for our Security Company in Shivajinagar area who is having 3-4years experience in same field.
Qualification - Graduate
Manpower management: Regularly checking security personnel, monitoring their grooming, and ensuring they adhere to uniform standards
Recruitment and training: Sourcing, recruiting, and training new security personnel, and ensuring compliance with company standards
Site visits and audits: Regularly inspecting security sites, identifying and addressing operational gaps
Client issue resolution: Responding promptly to client concerns and resolving issues efficiently
Operational excellence: Implementing security protocols and procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
