Job Description
oversee the day-to-day operations of the security team within an organization. You will be tasked with developing, implementing, and managing security protocols, procedures, and systems to safeguard the organization's personnel, assets, and information. Additionally, you will lead a team of security professionals to fulfil their duties effectively.
Oversee the selection, deployment, and management of endpoint protection solutions such as antivirus software, endpoint detection and response (EDR) tools, encryption tools, and mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
Implement advanced threat detection and prevention mechanisms to identify and mitigate malware, ransomware, zero-day exploits, and other cyber threats targeting endpoints.
Responsibilities
Ø Management of DLP and AV solutions deployed in Aavas.
Ø In-depth knowledge of endpoint security principles, technologies, and best practices, including antivirus, EDR/XDR, encryption, patch management, and endpoint hardening techniques.
Ø Experience with endpoint security solutions and tools from leading vendors such as CrowdStrike, Netskope SSE, GTB DLP, Microsoft, and VMware.
Ø Identifying threats and working on steps to defend against them.
Ø Troubleshooting issues related to DLP, AV and MDM.
Ø Compliance obligations- contractual, regulatory and internal.
Ø Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Ø Coordinate compliance and assurance activities to ensure that the organisation adheres to policy and regulatory expectation.
Ø Support the operation, review agreements and coordinate data governance activities.
Ø Closely working with management and ensuring zero breach on compliances.
Ø Handing audit compliance, creating audit scope and checklist based on mapping of regulatory circulars (such as NHB, RBI etc) and information system security policy.
Ø Regular assessment of security solutions, information security policies & procedures.
Ø Should be able to prepare reports /MIS for the senior Management team
