Security Operations Manager | Security solutions division for a leading

1. ) Location: Mumbai

2) Timings: +.30am to 6.00pm

3) Experience: Minimum 5yrs (Min manpower managed 200 at any given point of time in candidate’s carrier)

4) Days Working: Mon – Sat (2nd& 4th Saturday Off)

5) Skills: MS office

6) Education Required: Graduate

7) Other Requirement: Travelling to location across Maharashtra for Site inspection and training

Responsibilities

· Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures for twelve locations across Maharashtra

· Update and maintain legal and internal documents of company's Security wrt as per PSARA regulation

· Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses

· Recruit, train and supervise security officers and security guards

· Attend meetings with location supervisor to determine operational needs

· Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events

· Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms

· Review reports on incidents and breaches

· Investigate and resolve issues

· Create reports for management on security status

· Analyse data to form proposals for improvements (e.g. implementation of new technology)

Requirements and skills

· Proven experience as security manager or similar position

· Experience in reporting and emergency response planning

· Knowledge of security protocols and procedures

· Working knowledge of MS Office

· Communication and interpersonal skills, outstanding organizational and leadership skills

· Committed and reliable

· High school diploma; Further education in security administration or similar field will be an asset
