As a Security Supervisor at our company
you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our hotel resort in Jaipur
Your primary responsibilities will include
Overseeing and managing the security operations within the hotel resort
Supervising the security staff to maintain a safe environment for all guests and employees
Ensuring the physical security of the premises by implementing and monitoring security protocols
Maintaining regular communication with hotel management and guests to address any security concerns promptly
Providing exceptional customer service to enhance the overall guest experience
Managing day
to
day security operations and ensuring compliance with security proceduresTo excel in this role
you will need the following qualifications
Demonstrated supervisory skills and experience in operations management
Proficiency in physical security practices to safeguard the premises effectively

Prior experience in the hospitality industry would be advantageous
Possession of relevant certifications in security management would be a plus
Flexibility to work varying hours
