Security Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Security Management:

Supervise and manage daily security operations to ensure a safe environment.
Monitor security staff and ensure they follow rules and procedures.
Conduct regular checks to identify security risks and take action.
Team Supervision & Training:

Assign duties to security guards and ensure proper staff deployment.
Train guards on security procedures, emergency handling, and communication skills.
Conduct grooming and discipline training to ensure a professional appearance.
Safety & Compliance:

Ensure all security staff follow safety guidelines and emergency procedures.
Conduct regular safety drills and awareness sessions.
Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when needed.
Access Control & Surveillance:

Monitor and control the entry and exit of visitors, employees, and vehicles.
Oversee CCTV cameras, alarms, and security equipment.
Ensure proper visitor registration and ID verification.
Incident Handling & Reporting:

Respond quickly to security incidents and emergencies.
Investigate and document any security issues or rule violations.
Report incidents and suggest corrective measures.
Register Maintenance & Documentation:

Maintain important security registers, including:
Visitor logbook
Staff attendance and duty roster
Incident report register
Material movement register
Key register for restricted areas
Ensure records are updated and available for audits.
Skills:

Leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of security systems and emergency procedures.
Good communication and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to train guards in security procedures, grooming, and maintaining registers.
Education Qualification

Any 12th Pass, Diploma or Graduate
Experience in security management or supervision. (Preferred)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
