SEMH Learning Assistant – Chingford, Greater London

About Us:
We are a caring, secondary school in Chingford dedicated to helping students with SEMH and Complex Needs. We provide a safe, nurturing environment that focuses on individual needs to promote growth and confidence.
Role:
Support: Work with teachers and therapists to implement IEPs and manage behaviour.
Assist: Provide one-on-one and small group support in class.
You will work with children facing trauma and SEMH needs. Full time role, 8.30 am to 3.30 pm.
Qualifications: Training in special education, child development, or related fields desirable.
Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and empathetic skills.
Teamwork: Collaborative and committed to a positive school culture.
