Job Description
Ensuring various compliances w.r.t. corporates under CIRP/ Liquidation such as filing of GST Return, Filing of TDS Return, and Statutory Audit etc.
Ensuring various compliances before IPA/ IBBI/ NCLT/competent authorities etc.
Content Writing w.r.t. Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code including drafting of agendas/minutes
Drafting/posting of updates on the IBC including orders of NCLT, NCLAT etc.
Verification of claims of the Creditors during CIRP and Liquidation proceedings.
Drafting the Reports/notes/summaries w.r.t. various applications/proceedings under CIRP/ Liquidation.
Various other works in relation to Insolvency Resolution Process of Corporate Debtor/ Individuals and Liquidation Process.
Organisation of seminars/webinars on the IBC and other professional topics.
REasonable knowledge of finalisation of accounts such as Balance Sheet/ Profit and Loss Account.
Skill Set:
Good drafting and communication skills.
Proficiency in English reading and writing skills.
Qualifications/Experience:
Semi-qualified CAs/CS experience of 0-4 years.

Salary: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
